Please appreciate that our Korea orders are handled by our Korea partner and not by I Give. Customer should place the Korea order at least 3-5 business days prior to the delivery date.
Please note that Sunday deliveries are not available. If customer needs to arrange Sunday delivery, please advise the full address so that we can check with our Korea partner first.
To avoid delay of the scheduled delivery date, it is very important that customer should provide the contact phone number of the recipient, so that we can contact him/her just in case.
Photographs of the products are not available for Korea order. A confirmation will be sent by email once the delivery had been finished.
If any substitutions are necessary, they will be made with items of equal or greater value.
