Please appreciate that our CA orders are handled by our CA partner and not by I Give.  Customer should place the CA order at least 3-5 business days prior to the delivery date.  Please note that Sunday deliveries are not available.
 
To avoid delay of the scheduled delivery date, it is very important that customer should provide the contact phone number of the recipient, so that we can contact him/her just in case.

Photographs of the products are not available for CA order.  A confirmation will be sent by email once the delivery had been finished.  However differences in time and distance may cause some delay in notification.

If any substitutions are necessary, they will be made with items of equal or greater value.
